Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All orders are dispatched with tracking. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@oumilabs.com and we will work with the courier to resolve it — see our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Oumi Kids is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered but stolen or mislaid afterwards, or for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Failed deliveries where the courier is unable to contact the recipient
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order.
