Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore

  • International destinations:

    • Tier 1: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines

    • Tier 2: Australia, India

    • Tier 3: United States, Canada

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable at this time.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Singapore: 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Singapore

  • Free shipping for orders above S$45

  • Flat rate of S$4 for orders below S$45

International Shipping (charged in SGD)

  • Tier 1 (S$10): Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines

  • Tier 2 (S$18): Australia, India

  • Tier 3 (S$35): United States, Canada

⚠️ Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or country-specific surcharges are the responsibility of the customer.

Oumi Kids is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.


5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


6. Risk of Loss

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed over to the courier and shipment has been confirmed.

Oumi Kids is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit after dispatch.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Oumi Kids is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries where the courier is unable to contact the recipient

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


8. Shipping Carrier

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order.


9. Uncontrollable Delays

Oumi Kids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier disruptions

  • weather events

  • customs processing delays

  • peak-season congestion
