If Oumi Kids doesn't work for your child's skin, we'll refund you in full. We stand behind our products completely. If you've given it a genuine try and it's not the right fit, just reach out.
1) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund if you're not satisfied with your results.

To request a refund, email hello@oumilabs.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Oumi Kids reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@oumilabs.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue. We'll prioritize a resolution, typically a replacement or full refund. This is separate from and does not count toward the one-refund-per-household limit.
3) Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Individual skin reactions can occur with any skincare product. We always recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full application, as directed on the product packaging.
If your child experiences a reaction despite following the patch test instructions, this may be eligible under our 30-day guarantee. Refunds will not be issued where the reaction occurred due to a known sensitivity to a listed ingredient or where patch test instructions were not followed.
