Refund policy

At Oumi Kids, all purchases are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1) Final Sale Policy

All products sold are not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after use.


2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept cases where an item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

If your order arrives in any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Each case will be assessed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or other suitable resolution.


3) No Returns for Used or Opened Products

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.


4) Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

As with all skincare products, individual reactions can occur. We strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing the ingredient list before purchase

  • Performing a patch test before full application

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for allergic reactions or sensitivities if the product has been opened or used and is not defective, except where required by applicable law.
