Who can use Calm & Hydrate Face Cream?
It is formulated for children aged 6 years and above. As with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first to ensure it is suitable for your child’s skin.
Is Calm & Hydrate Face Cream suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is designed with gentle ingredients and is free from ingredients listed on the National Eczema Association Ecz-clusion List.
As every child’s skin is different, we recommend patch testing before first use.
When should my child use Calm & Hydrate Face Cream?
We recommend applying it every morning before school. For children with drier skin, it can also be used at night for extra hydration and barrier support.
How long does a 30ml tube last?
With daily use, a little goes a long way.
Using a pea-sized amount on a child’s face each morning, one tube should last about one month.
Actual usage may vary depending on how much is applied and how often it is used.
When does Calm & Hydrate Face Cream expire?
The product is best used within 12 months after opening. The expiry date for each batch is printed on the tube.
Is Calm & Hydrate Face Cream halal and natural?
Our products are halal-friendly, and we are currently exploring halal certification in Thailand.

What's the difference between baby, children and adult skin?
Baby skin is thinner and loses moisture more easily. Children’s skin is stronger than baby skin but the skin barrier is still developing. Adult skin has a more mature barrier and can tolerate stronger actives.
That’s why children benefit most from gentle, barrier-supporting daily care.
Why does children’s skin need different care from adult skincare?
Children’s skin is still learning how to protect itself. Instead of strong or “treatment-focused” products, it does best with simple formulas that support hydration and the skin barrier. Consistent, gentle care helps skin stay comfortable as it grows.
What are the different skin types?
The most common skin types are:
- Normal
- Dry
- Oily
- Combination
Some children may also have sensitive-prone skin, meaning their skin reacts more easily. Skin type can change with age, weather, and daily routine.
How do I know my child’s skin type?
Dry skin may feel tight, rough, or flaky.
Oily skin may look shiny, especially by the end of the day.
Sensitive-prone skin may sting, itch, or turn red more easily.
If unsure, start with gentle, fragrance-free products and observe how the skin responds.
How do I do a patch test for skincare?
Apply a small amount of product to the inner arm or behind the ear.
Leave it on and check the area after 24–48 hours.
If there’s no redness, itching, or irritation, the product is generally safe to use.
How simple should a child’s skincare routine be?
- A gentle cleanser to remove sweat, excess oil, dust, and pollution
- Daily moisturising to support the skin barrier
- Sunscreen in the daytime to help protect skin from UV exposure

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within:

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated and visible in the courier system.

All purchases are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
